When will I receive my Product?
Standard products can ship anywhere from 6-10 weeks from Purchase Order. Lead times for Custom products may vary based on required materials.
Can I powercoat my product any color?
Just about! We offer a variety of RAL R7 powder coat colors.
Where are your products made?
Our products are handcrafted and forged along the shores of Lake Michigan in Holland, Michigan.
Do you offer wood and laminate samples?
You bet! We can ship full sample packs or individual samples of any material.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We get it, shipping happens. Depending on the product & severity, we will either have a certified regional crafter fix it, have it shipped to our shop for repairs, or place the item in our upcycle program and we will ship you a new product.

How are your products delivered?
Our smaller products will ship boxed through a major courier while for larger items our experienced team creates a custom pallet to accommodate your product ensuring its packaged the right way the first time.
How long does my product take to ship?
We wish we could teleport it to you. Our standard shipping is 2-4 business days.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the lower 48!
Can I have the tracking info for my order?
Yes, we let you know as soon as your order ships and provide you with a tracking info when available.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address at any time until the order has shipped.

You can delay the shipment of an order, but any outstanding payments will be requested upon original delivery date.
Product Care
How do I clean my hardwood table?
CLEANING WOOD
- For everyday cleaning, apply a small amount of warm water to a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth. The cloth should be slightly damp.
- Gently wipe the surface in the direction of the grain to remove any surface dust.
- Wipe dry immediately with a new, clean, lint-free microfiber cloth in the direction of the grain until the surface is completely dry.
POLISHING WOOD
- Several times a year the top may be polished with wax-free furniture polish to clean, restore, and protect the surface. Frequent polishing is not recommended.
- Use a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth and wipe in the direction of the grain.
SPOT CLEANING MARKS ON WOOD
- Immediately wipe any liquids from the surface with a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth.
HANDLING AND CARE FOR WOOD
Use a clean, soft cloth to wipe all spills immediately to prevent water rings and stains. Do not allow spills to dry.
Avoid extreme heat, cold, or humidity variances.
Prolonged sunlight may affect the wood finish.
Protect wood surfaces from pens and sharp objects.
While wood is durable and easily cleaned, avoid using hard bristle brushes which may scratch the surface.
Avoid sliding objects over the surface to prevent scratching.
The use of coasters is recommended to prevent stains from liquids.
How do I clean my laminate top?
You can clean any laminate tabletop using a soft cloth with mild soap and warm water. Be sure to wipe the surface dry after.
How do I clean the Metal on my product?
You can clean any powder coated metal using a soft cloth with mild soap and warm water. We will direct you with instructions on metal with any finish other than powder coat.
Can my product be used outside?
Most of our products are intended for indoor use, however, we can design most of our products for outdoor use upon request.
How do I care for my cutting board?
CUTTING BOARD CARE:
Hand wash; wash with mild soap and water, rinse and dry immediately. do not Let board soak in water as it will warp and bloat.
- Not Dishwasher safe
- Do not soak your cutting board in water
- Do not put your cutting board in the microwave
Over time solid wood cutting boards may need fresh wax coat.
How do I re-wax my cutting board?
Simply grab a towel (we use microfiber towels) place the towel over your finger scoop wax using the towel apply the wax to the surface and rub it on the board until you have an even layer of wax let dry for a couple of hours.
